Do I need recruitment experience?
No, 70% of our franchisees and independent recruiters do not come from the recruitment industry. Above all we are looking for entrepreneurs with a strong commercial instinct. Our teams teach you our methods and tools, and how to grow your business.
Do I need a lot of capital?
Becoming an independent recruiter requires no capital. A franchise does require a personal contribution of €25,000, but our teams support you at every stage of the financial plan.
Will I be on my own?
You are independent, not isolated. Whether franchisee or independent recruiter, you stay in control of your business while being supported before, during and after your launch.
Can I choose my region?
Yes. We’ll look together at the opportunities available based on your project.
How much could I earn?
Franchisee: average revenue of €2,000,000 after two years in business, break-even reached in 6 to 7 months.
Independent recruiter: up to 90% of the margin generated paid straight to you, from the very first contract.
