You meet the companies in your area about their expert hiring (IT, engineering, support functions) and stand behind your fees.
You headhunt rare talent
Direct approach, technical screening, shortlist presentation: you handle searches for candidates with two- to five-year degrees (Bac+2 to Bac+5), for permanent roles and specialist temporary assignments alike.
You build your team
You start with one consultant, then hire and grow your team as your office develops.
You run your business
Fees, margin, forecasting, collections: you are at the controls, with the group’s tools and back office behind you.

Your questions, before you take the plunge
The questions that come up most before you take the plunge:
Do I need recruitment experience?
No. 70% of our franchisees do not come from the recruitment industry. Above all we are looking for entrepreneurs with a strong commercial instinct: our teams train you in our methods and tools, and in how to grow your business.
How much do I need to invest myself?
€25,000 of your own funds, not counting any loan, to set up your agency. Our teams support you with the financial plan and with finding funding.
What revenue can I expect?
€2.5M average revenue after two years in business, with profitability reached in 6 to 7 months. These are network averages, not a guarantee.
Do I get exclusive rights to my territory?
Yes. Your area is reserved for you by contract. We’ll look together at the opportunities available based on your project and your location.
How long between my application and the opening?
Becoming a franchisee usually takes between 3 and 6 months, from first contact to the agency opening.
Can I build a team quickly?
Yes. Every agency opens with one consultant, hired either by the franchisee directly or with our help.
Can I talk to existing franchisees?
Yes, throughout the process of becoming a franchisee, in particular during an agency immersion (a short stay in a working agency), where you can talk directly to franchisees in the network.
