Mistertemp’group’s commitments
Social commitment and ethics are an integral part of who we are. Our CSR strategy brings our values into every action and every decision.
A few key figures

Our purpose
“To make access to work easier for as many people as possible, by putting people and innovation at the heart of what we do.”
We roll out our CSR approach across all our brands, through 4 pillars and 10 commitments. For each pillar, specific targets for 2030 are shared with the operational teams to ensure they are built into the group’s roadmap.

Innovating to make employment more accessible
As the leading digital player in temporary work, our group stands out through innovative tools, extensive local coverage and an app for our clients and temporary workers. Our aim is to make access to work simpler for as many people as possible. We therefore do everything we can to promote diversity in all our hiring.
Growing our business ethically
Backed by our internal code of ethics, a whistleblowing system and a responsible purchasing policy, we apply ethical and sustainable business practices with our clients and suppliers.
Protecting the safety and improving the well-being of our people
Guaranteeing the health and safety at work of all our temporary workers is a core priority. Our teams are regularly trained in accident prevention and can rely on a dedicated occupational injury and illness unit. We also work on quality of life and working conditions through a range of actions: net promoter score, surveys on psychosocial risks, stress-management workshops, manager training, our quality-of-working-life week, and many more.
Reducing our environmental impact
Since 2024 we have set a short-term decarbonisation pathway and an action plan aligned with SBTi standards. This leads us to manage our greenhouse gas emissions through concrete, high-impact measures to reduce them: switching the company car fleet to electric, renewable energy contracts for our premises, a responsible digital usage policy and waste management by committed providers.
Teams committed day after day
Partnership with ProxitéThe Group’s long-standing work with Proxité reflects our commitment to young people and to equal opportunity. By bringing resources and support to young people from disadvantaged areas, we actively contribute to their personal, educational and professional development. This commitment goes well beyond financial support: it also takes the form of our employees getting directly involved in mentoring, creating real bridges between the business world and the young people being supported.
Working with AGEFIPHIn partnership with AGEFIPH, we are committed to actively promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work by publishing our job offers on their dedicated platform.
Taking part in DuoDayDuoDay is an initiative that illustrates our commitment to changing perceptions of disability in the workplace. By welcoming people with disabilities into our offices for a day discovering our professions, we encourage dialogue and a sharing of talents.
Partnership with Génération FranceSince 2025 we have been building a partnership with Génération France, an association specialising in training and professional integration for people with no qualifications or changing career. By supporting the training campaigns run for our candidates and temporary workers, we encourage the acquisition of new skills and access to lasting job prospects, addressing the challenges of inclusion and talent development.
Partnership with TrouveTaMission.gouv.frSince 2026, we have partnered with TrouveTaMission.gouv.fr, the digital public service of the French Ministry of Sports, Youth and Community Life that brings together all public volunteering opportunities in France: community volunteering, civic service, volunteer firefighting and the armed forces reserves. By sharing these volunteering opportunities with our candidates and temporary workers, we help them find the volunteering role that suits them, develop new skills and enrich their career path, in line with our commitment to inclusion and citizenship.
