Mistertemp’group was born in 2009 from one simple conviction: that recruitment deserves both the closeness of a network of entrepreneurs and the agility of technology. Today the group has become a leading player in temporary staffing in France and in Europe.
Alexandre Pham
Founder and Chairman of Mistertemp’group
A graduate of École polytechnique with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Alexandre Pham began his career at McKinsey & Company. In 1999 he launched etnoka.com, a student community website that he grew across Europe before selling it to CA Communication in 2001.
At Zodiac from 2003, he ran the Marine division, led seven acquisitions and became managing director of the leisure boats business.
In 2007 he moved into human resources at Vediorbis, which became Randstad. As deputy managing director of the Industries division, he ran the group’s largest profit centre: €1.5 billion in revenue and nearly 1,200 employees.
In 2009, together with Rémy Sultan, he founded the group that would become Mistertemp’group.

Building on its French network, the group has expanded internationally with Meditempus (Spain), Klemme Personal (Germany), Mistertemp’ Italia (Italy) and Lynx RH (Canada), and has established a lasting place in the recruitment world.

Vitalis Médical launches as a franchise.

Opening in Canada, with Lynx RH Canada.

Launch of Mistertemp’, 100 % online temporary staffing.
2018
Opening in Italy, with Mistertemp’ Italia.
2024
Expansion into Spain with the acquisition of Meditempus, and Andera Partners and Ardian become shareholders.
2026
Expansion into Germany with the acquisition of Klemme Personal.
